RETURNING A FIREARM
Before returning any firearm, please contact the Alpha Foxtrot Customer Service Department. After the Alpha Foxtrot Customer Service Department has reviewed the circumstances for said return, and if determined by Alpha Foxtrot to be applicable; the Customer Service Department will then supply a
unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and form with detailed instructions for your return.
Once an RMA number has been provided, fill out and print the RMA Form and include the printed RMA form with your return product.
Pease note the following:
Pistols / Rifles
Alpha Foxtrot returns should be shipped through a UPS location. Shipment of any item is subject to and must comply with all federal, state, and local requirements, as well as any UPS requirements. Please be advised that Alpha Foxtrot assumes no responsibility for damaged goods resulting from improper or insufficient packaging/shipping. At a minimum, please:
1. Record the product serial number and supplied RMA number for personal records.
2. Remove any frame-mounted accessories (lasers, lights, etc.).
3. Do not disassemble. Place the assembled, unloaded firearm in its original case or in an unlocked,
padded container able to withstand rough handling in transit.
4. Ensure that all ammunition has been removed. Never place ammunition in the box with a
firearm return!
5. Place magazine(s) under the foam to ensure they do not come into contact with the firearm.
Alpha Foxtrot will not be held responsible for any damage suffered during shipping.
6. After securing the case, package it in a plain cardboard box. Add additional padding material if
necessary.
7. Important: Please fill out and print the RMA Form and include the printed RMA form with your
return product, please printing clearly.
8. Ship through a UPS location. Package should be addressed to: Alpha Foxtrot Attention:
Warranty & Repair Department, 2400 Main ST NW. Duluth, GA 30097.
9. Retain the shipping receipt for personal records.
10. For the product security never mark the outside of the shipping container as “Firearms”.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Terms of Warranty & Service Agreement
This limited warranty has been drafted in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement act, which is effective for goods manufactured on or after December 31, 1995.
Alpha Foxtrot firearms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase as new merchandise. Alpha Foxtrot agrees to correct, by repair or replacement with a new or comparable model, a qualifying Alpha Foxtrot product without charge, if returned with a copy of a dated bill of sale. Alpha Foxtrot assumes no responsibility for product malfunction, physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal use, or negligent, improper, or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, use of defective, improper, or hand-loaded ammunition, abuse, neglect, or any other influences beyond Alpha Foxtrot control.
This warranty does not apply to the normal wear of any parts or surface finish, including metal, wood, plastic, rubber, or other materials. This warranty does not cover repairs related to unreasonable use, corrosion, damage, barrels damaged by an obstructed bore. It also does not apply to loss or damage suffered during return shipment. Alpha Foxtrot reserves the right to inspect the product before making replacements or repairs covered by this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Alpha Foxtrot be held liable for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury or property
damage resulting from the breach of either the express or implied warranty. This limitation does not apply to states that disallow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages.
This warranty grants specific legal rights to the original retail purchaser only. Other rights may apply and vary from state to state. The terms of this warranty may only be changed in writing by Alpha Foxtrot. The Alpha Foxtrot factory at 2400 Main ST NW. Duluth, GA 30097 USA is the only authorized repair location.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items with the exception of firearms within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
